VK-Pho is a family-run Vietnamese restaurant in Hampstead, NC, where owner Don and his team pour real care into every bowl they serve. Customers who've had pho across the country — and around the world — say this is the best they've found in the area: broth that's rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, with generous portions of meat and noodles done exactly right.\n\nBeyond the pho, guests rave about the fried tofu, chicken spring rolls, egg rolls, and boba milk tea — especially the vanilla milk tea that people can't leave without ordering. We got two orders of the combination phõ (P1) and an order of the egg rolls. The egg rolls were a little on the slim side but the phõ had amazing portions of meat! Broth was flavorful and noodles were the perfect texture. My only complaint was that they ran out of Thai basil. Service was great - will definitely come back :)
