VK-Pho is a family-run Vietnamese restaurant in Hampstead, NC, where owner Don and his team pour real care into every bowl they serve. Customers who've had pho across the country — and around the world — say this is the best they've found in the area: broth that's rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, with generous portions of meat and noodles done exactly right.\n\nBeyond the pho, guests rave about the fried tofu, chicken spring rolls, egg rolls, and boba milk tea — especially the vanilla milk tea that people can't leave without ordering. Don has been known to come right to your table to make sure you're getting the most out of your meal. That personal touch is something you don't find everywhere.\n\nIf you haven't made the trip yet, plenty of regulars say it's worth driving 30 minutes for.
