I called for a tow truck at 6:30 am called back 11:00 still no tow truck. I was so upset I made a formal complaint against this company. Do not use this company theit negligence cost me an additional day off work Beware. If I could give them no stars I would.

I had my car a 2 dealerships and another local repair shop all 3 said it was the transmission. Wanted 4 grand+ to install a new one. I knew it was not the transmission, it was something electrical. Took it to Holly Ridge Auto and they figured out it was the alternator. Had it fixed in a few days and saved me thousands of dollars and time.
