The difference in my two car garage and East Carolina carport is night and day! My two carport has water coming in around the bottom at the walls and East Carolina put seal tape on the frame and set the concrete up wear no water can get in. No air gaps on the roll up doors they put a rubber flap no more birds and wasps!
