Customers drive from across the state just to get that whole-hog smoke flavor that most places can't pull off. The smoked chicken is just as talked-about: juicy on the inside, crispy-skinned, and cooked low and slow until it's something special. Everything was perfect! I got the BBQ plate. The BBQ had a perfect smoke flavor a lot of other places miss in their eastern NC BBQ. The potatoes were flavorful and tender. Their corn sticks were amazing too, nice crispy outside crunch with a moist fluffy inside. Definitely adding this place as a favorite food stop whenever I'm near Greenville. Cash only!

I wanted some true whole hog bbq and this B's was that place. The flavor was so good smoked just right. The bonus was the smoked chicken flavor was outstanding. I can't wait until I'm in the area again. I'll definitely buy extra like suggested by a customer in line with me.

I'm from Lexington NC - BBQ capital but I do love some vinegar BBQ and this is the best! Chicken was excellent, juicy with crispy skin and the BBQ was out of this world. Cash only and seating is a few picnic tables out front but SO worth it!

28 years since last visit. BBQ was as delicious as I remembered. No indoor seating so forced to eat in vehicle as a shower popped up. Selection of sides limited as I was after 12 arriving. Still in my all time Top 5 NC BBQ Places
