Breakwater Nutrition is a local shake and tea bar right off NC-210 in Sneads Ferry — a place where you can grab a high-protein meal replacement, a boosted energy tea, or a specialty coffee and actually enjoy drinking it. Customers rave about the wide variety of flavors, from the fan-favorite Material Girl mega tea to the Aqua Storm and Hazelnut HPC. The staff — including Summer and the rest of the crew — are known for greeting every customer with a smile and making the experience feel like more than just a quick stop. The girl working the counter was super sweet and the atmosphere was really nice but the drinks are super sugary tasting. There's an artificial taste to it also. We were hoping to find an actual nutrition drink spot but these are hypercaffienated and pumped with artifical flavors. If you just want a sugar drink id come but not if you are looking fo…

Had the Hazelnut HPC, delicious! Service was excellent! Store has a great, comfortable atmosphere.

We absolutely LOVE Breakwater Nutrition! Their new location is super cute and has tons of room to enjoy your shake or tea with friends. And the staff always greets you with a smile! My favorite drink is a Material Girl as a mega tea, but swap the coconut for pina colada. It’s DELISH!! You should totally try one!!

I love breakwater Nutrition. Summer and the other girls on staff are always friendly. They have a big selection of drink flavors and coffee.
